Before real estate, both Tim and Melissa worked in advertising sales in Metro Detroit, helping local businesses grow through smart marketing and strong relationships. That background became the foundation of how they approach real estate today: combining modern marketing, local expertise, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of what actually motivates buyers and sellers.

Since entering real estate, they’ve helped hundreds of clients navigate everything from first homes and move-up purchases to downsizing, senior transitions, inherited properties, and major life changes.
